Definition
The World Anti-Doping Agency's annual list of substances and methods banned in sport, in competition or at all times. Nearly every peptide discussed online is on it: growth hormone releasing factors and secretagogues under S2, growth hormone fragments such as AOD-9604, thymosin-β4 (TB-500), MOTS-c under S4, and anything not approved for human use anywhere — BPC-157, epitalon, retatrutide — under S0. Semaglutide and tirzepatide are not banned.
